The Deployment Center

The deployment center has three functional areas: 1. The deployment team: tacking care of all deployments, on various environments. This team is formed from deployment specialists; 2. The testing team: performing functional and non-functional testing. This team has two type of testers: regular and technology related testers; 3. The push process team: making sure that the processes are translated into procedures and that the procedures are followed.
